Automechanika Shanghai 2019, 3-6 December 2019
Malaysia External Trade Development Corporation (MATRADE) would like to invite you to participate in the Automechanika Shanghai 2019 which will be held from 3 – 6 December 2019 at National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai), China. The participation in this exhibition will be under the Malaysia Pavilion.
2. The objective of the participation is to explore opportunities for collaboration between Malaysian automotive companies and international automotive players. The participation will also create greater awareness on Malaysia’s strengths and capabilities as well as promoting and enhancing linkages with international automotive business communities.
3. Automechanika Shanghai 2019 is the Asia's largest trade fair for automotive parts, accessories, equipment and services, organised by Messe Frankfurt (Shanghai) Co Ltd. For 2019, the organizer anticipates around 6,270 exhibitors and 160,000 visitors from around the world to attend and participate in the exhibition.

5. To participate, interested companies are required to register at the above link provided before 13 September 2019. Participation fee of RM8,000 per company for first to third times participation and RM10,000 per company for fourth times participation and above, can be made through online upon registration or via Maybank2u online transfer (MBB Acc: 5642 9410 2597 | E-Payment Code: TF191417) or through crossed cheques payable to "MATRADE". The fee covers administrative costs in arranging the event. Other costs such as airfare, accommodation and meals shall be borne by participants themselves. Please be informed that there will be mandatory fees (example media package) imposed by the organiser, which will be disclosed later upon the approval of company's participation in this event.
6. During the exhibition, we will organise pre-arranged individual business meetings between the participating Malaysian companies with their potential clients.
7. Eligible SMEs can obtain reimbursable matching grant under MATRADE’s Market Development Grant (MDG) on the approved cost of the eligible claims. You may refer to the MDG Guidelines in the link provided below:

REMINDER: Companies are advised to submit their claims EARLY/WITHIN 30 days of the last date of activity. Late submission will not be compromised.
